Want to save all outgoing messages in sent folder

Can not find IMAP folders so i can subscribe to the sent item folder.

Sorry, but I have no idea what this means.  Can you be less cryptic?  State
you Outlook version as well.

I am using outlook 2007 the messages i reply to from my inbox are saved in my
sent item folder. But if i send a message from another folder (other than the
inbox) outlook saves it in the same folder.  however, i want all sent
messages save in the sent item folder for ease of followup.

Look on Tools>Options>E-mail Options>Advanced E-mail Options.  Is there a
checkbox labeled "In folders other than Inbox, save replies with original
message"?
