hi, recently I have purchased a new computer. so I save the pst file of
outlook 2003 and transfer to my new laptop which has outlook 2007. when I
start the computer and click 'file', I see 'import and export' in gray color.
I can't click it.

why is it in gray color and how can I activiate the import?

Thank,

Carl

You should NEVER import Outlook files to Outlook. You wouldn't Import Word
files to Word.

Just open Outlook then....  File | OPen | Outlook Data file.

There are many posts here about this so if you need more information, have a
look through.
