Outlook Express-Outlook

Some setting have been accidentally changed. I use Outlook Express.

In the past when I highlight a file in excel (from the excel area), the
“file and folder tasks” on the dropdown menu on the left
has an option  that says “email this file".  In the past, when I clicked on
this, it automatically went to an opened Outlook Express email form.
Now it does not do that.  It opens to an “Outlook” email page, not Outlook
Express.
Because I didn't open an Outlook Express account (and don't want to) there
is no send button and no address book.
How can I change it back to opening in a Outlook Express email?

Thanks,
