I wish to archive all of my Received messages (not including items diverted
to the Junk File) on a permanent basis.  Right now, my Received file remains
available for only for 2 weeks, any messages I have received older then two
weeks is no where to be found - they appear to 'walk off' at the end of a
two-week period.  Is it possible these files exist and I simply have been
unable to locate them?  And where do the archive files go?  My 'Sent' file
goes back three years and is perpetually maintained.  How do I set up my
'Received' file in the same way?  Thank you in advanced!

1.  Check your view on the received items - it should be :"messages"
2.  Check your hard drive for an archive.pst file - and any others you may have
3.  Set your auto-archive per folder or universally.  Per folder = right click. Universallty = Tools->Options->Other->Autoarchive.
