can't send e-mails?

i have been using outllok 2003 and hotmail for years. now i try to send
e-mails and get this message
Task 'Hotmail - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC35) : 'The server cannot
process the request. You may not have cookies enabled for your e-mail
server's domain. To enable cookies, check your browser's privacy settings.The
server responded 'Method Not Allowed'. '
any ideas?

Have you yet tried purging the temp file cache and cookies in your web
browser?

Look into using the Outlook Connector and converting to Live Mail acct.
