Hello,

I run Outlook 2003, and have twelve email accounts set up. I need to format
my HD and reinstall everything from scratch. How can I save all the email
account data? In older versions of Outlook it was possible to export to file
the account settings but this feature has gone from Outlook 2003. Is the
data saved in a file somewhere?

No it hasn't. Start-All Programs-Microsoft Office-Microsoft Office
Tools-Save My Settings Wizard.

Maybe the 'save my settings wizard', ms office tools might help

Another workround might be to export/import accounts to OE, from whence you
can save them to a file

Also make sure that you back up all your PST files. Do not export them,
make a backup copy!
