An email that I downloaded is causing Outlook to freeze and I am not able to
do anything in Outlook except Close it. Because it downloaded, it is no
longer in my webmail so I cannot delete it there. I ran the Inbox Repair
Tool but it has not changed anything. After running this Tool, it says to go
into Outlook, go to the Go menu and click on Folder List, etc. but I cannot
go into the Go menu because freezes. Is there anything else I can do? I even
went into Outlook with the internet disabled thinking that email would not
try to open but it stills freezes.
Help!!

Sorry, forgot to mention that it is Outlook 2003.

After many tries, I finally figured out how to open Outlook in Safe Mode (I
wasn't holding the Ctrl key down long enough) and was able to delete the
email that was causing Outlook to freeze. I think exited and opened Outlook
normally and everything is okay.
