Hi,

For some reason, Outlook 2003 in my organisation appears to have stopped
changing the message icons to correctly indicate when a message has been
either replied to or forwarded. Sometimes the status bar indicates whether
replied to or forwarded but not always. We have Mcafee Grouphield, Symatec
Enterprise Vault and Blackberry enterprise server running in our
environmenmt, however all of these have been running for some time without a
hitch and only recently have the message icons stopped working properly.

Many thanks in advance for your help.

Oliver Jacobs.

I seem to remember something about one of those programs changing the
default message template which could affect the message icons

Thanks. Any ideas how to work around?

I don't think so but you might want to check the product/vendor
documentation
