when ever I try to open outlook it opens okay then it says it stopped working properly and close itself off. How to fix this problem. I tried usuall ways including uninstalling and reinstalling programme. Disabling the addons in the safe mode, solved the proble. Then, following the instructions to enable them one at a time, my culprit was Plaxo. PROBLEM SOLVED!!
