Outlook error message

I have been running outlook without problem and two days ago started
receiving the following error:

Managed MAPI Service Catastrophic Failure
Could not initialize CLR
Unknown error ox8013150a

Any help would be appreciated. Everything seems to run fine, but this comes
up 6-8 times during startup of the program and then only occasionally during.

I went to the site you found and wasn't quite right for my circumstance. I
have outlook 2007 not 2003 and I use McAfee not norton.
