Each time I try to open a new email, the dialog box opens "Microsoft Outlook has encoutnered a oproblem and needs to close. Send error report? I have reinstalled Microsoft office and it worked for 1 day, now doing it again. Does the same thing happen starting Microsoft Outlook in safe mode? How to: * Select Start > Run * Type: outlook.exe /safe * OK button > Each time I try to open a new email, the dialog box opens "Microsoft > Outlook > has encoutnered a oproblem and needs to close. Dialog box said "Cannot find outlook.exe/safe tried typing "C:\Programfiles\microsoft office\OFFICE11\outlook.exe" /safe in the run box on advice from son. Please try a detect & repair via Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > Microsoft Office*. * Do a repair or reinstall of the product. > This did not work. Could not start in safe mode.
