Reset your browser to reregister itself again as the default browser in
Windows.

Easiest is to set IE as your default, verify if it works now and then set
Firefox as the default again.

Sorry to say that didn't work. I even tried opening the link from this forum in the message that stated I had a reply BUT it came up with the same restriction. I also tried without the browser being open to see if it would point to it.  :(

Any other suggestions??  PLEASE

Thanks

Did it work when IE was the default or did you get the same error?

I think I have it resolved

Seems that Outlook was not a default program (Windows Mail was) so I made it the default along with Firefox again and all is well. Just don't know why it only started happening.

Thanks to all

Problem resolved!!

For some reason the computer had Windows mail as the default program and not Outlook 2007. All is good now

Thanks
