I get a box pop up occasionally that states "This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. ..." Just started this past week. I seem to forget Thanks -- Tom Easiest is to set IE as your default, verify if it works now and then set Firefox as the default again. I even tried opening the link from this forum in the message that stated I had a reply BUT it came up with the same restriction. Just don't know why it only started happening. Thanks to all -- Tom Problem resolved!! For some reason the computer had Windows mail as the default program and not Outlook 2007. All is good now Thanks -- Tom
