I am running Office 2007 on a Vista machine. When Outlook does a
Send/Receive, the Inbox in the Navigation Pane bolds to show a new email is
received but the Inbox View does not refresh. When I go to click on View,
then Refresh, it is grayed out. I have to click on a different folder in the
Navigation Pane then click on Inbox again to see the new email(s) received.
How can I fix this?

Any and all advise greatly appreciated.

Same problem for some time now. Office 2007 in XP Professional. I cannot see
new emails in Inbox unless I click another folder, then click back on Inbox.
I have seen 8 different posts to this issue. It will even show in black the
number of unread emails but I cannot see them unless I perform my folder
click routine.
Very frustrating, Microsoft of course pretends to hear-see-do nothing about
this.
I have turned off all Indexing, no luck, I have compacted, no luck, I have
tried many different variations of views, no luck. I have tried to repair
outlook, no luck.
Hope someone out there can help!
