If you right click the Inbox folder-> Properties-> Folder Size... does its
size indicates that there are any items in it?
Also, if you have a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook, disable this
integration and try again.

There is no folder size for the inbox or the whole account. I did try
to send an email and it claimed that the server was offline, but the
log still read as connected.

Anti-virus full disabled and the firewall. The only difference is that
I installed the new version with Slipstream SP3, are there any known
problems with outlook connector and SP3

Why do you post everything twice?
No, there are no such compatibility issues.
There should at least be a button to show the folder size.

Tried that before and just did it again. Does not solve the problem.
