Whenever I get an attached via my outlook 2003 and when  i click ont he
attachment or try and save it it will. When i try an open the attached
document it will give the following error message " Operation Faled. An
object coulf not be found. And when i try and save the attachment it give the
following error. "cannot save the attachement".

Hard to say what is going on without any configuration information and
telling us what exactly is giving you that error. Outlook is not responsible
for opening attachments but Windows is. How they are being opened is then up
to the application that you open it with.

It only seems to happen on images attached. Im using outlook 2003

Again, without any steps to reproduce or telling us the application you are
trying to open your image with it is impossible for us to offer any
assistance.

There aren;t really any steps that i can outline. I try and right click an
attached document and it give me the error.

But what type of attachment is it?  Is it a Word document?  Excel
spreadsheet?  Image file?  What?
