Hi,

When I our user double clicks on a MS Outlook email it doesn't open & then
it ends up as 'Not Responding' up the top.

We've tried resetting his profile & also reinstalling MS Office as well
including uninstalling it then re-installing it.

The only thing I haven't done is to see if Nortons Anti-virus is causing any
conflicts but I don't think our user has any other 3rd party software being
used with his MS Outlook email.

It happens on emails with attachments of 4mb-20mb that I've tried opening.
Smaller emails in kb size open ok.

Any ideas anyone?

Thanks, Marcus

Does the email load in the Reading Pane?
Do you have Cached Exchange Mode enabled?
Note that if it is disabled, getting the info from the server could take a
while.

Disabling any virus scanner integration with Outlook is a good idea.
