I am having an issue with shortcuts in Outlook 2003. Each time I click on the shortcuts icon, the application freezes and needs to be closed using the Task Manager. Is there any way to fix this or at least export the shortcuts so I can reinstall Thanks. Do you mean OL freezes when you try to open it from the desktop shortcut? I've migrated the User's settings using BDD and will attempt to reapply on another computer to see if that works... it's a bit of a stretch but it's all I can think of at this point... I was hoping there might be a way of exporting the shortcuts to a text file ... BDD migration brought the issue over with it... it appears there is no way to repair this and will have to delete the xml file associated with shortcuts or use the /resetnavpane switch.
