Every time I "create new email message" I get a From box above the To:, CC:,
and Subj: box that I have to put my own email address into. It didnt used to
do this, and it is just bothering me. How do I make it automatic again?

You don't have to specify anything in the From box.
Instruction on how to make it go away from view depends on your version of
Outlook and possibly your e-mail editor. You didn't post any such info.
