Email sent items not reaching recipients

I am using Outlook 2003 with Windows Vista.  When I send an email it shows in
the sent items but it is not reach the addressee.  Anybody have a clue what
the problem is?

Your ISP might.  If it hits sent items, something is accepting responsibility
for accepting the message.  If you get on the phone with the people who run
the mail server, and try to reproduce the problem, they should be able to
monitor the server and ensure that your client is successfully submitting
the message to be sent on.
