After following Brian Tillman's advice from an earlier question

my rules are still screwed up. Now, when I first open outlook, my rules don't
run. I have to go to Run Rules Now, but only one of my three rules shows up.
I then have to go into Tools/Rules & Alerts (don't have to do anything there,
just open it and close it), and then return to Run Rules Now, where
miraculously all three rules are there, and I can run them manually. What I
really need is to have the rules run automatically as the mail is received.

Run the /cleanrules command again but this time don't import your old rules
but create them from scratch (one simple "move to folder" rule for testing
should be fine). Does it work now?
