Hi all,

I'm using Outlook 2007 on Windows Vista Business. When I click 'Reply' to an
email, the ribbon at the top of the reply window disappears, there's just a
void blank space. If I cancel the reply and click 'Reply' again, all is well.
This happens frequently. Is this a known issue or can someone tell me how to
fix it please ? Many thanks.

Regards Colin.

Which addins do you have installed?
Tried an Office Diagnostic already?

Hi,

I'm nowhere near the PC at the moment so I've no idea which Add-Ins are
there. I've also not tried the diagnostics. I'll try this tomorrow and report
back. Thanks for your quick reply.

Regards Colin.
