Can someone guide me how to clear old Calendar, Task and Journal entries before a certain date? Thanking you in advance. Rajiv Khandelwal Where do you get stuck? It's not much or any different from removing email before a certain date. You can use AutoArchive, Archive or manually delete it. In case of the last a table view like By Category is often a bit handier.
