Personal Folders Inbox vs. Mailbox - Name Inbox

Can anyone explain the difference of the "Personal Folders" Inbox and the
"Mailbox - firstname lastname" Inbox?

Everything under the heading of mailbox is on your server.  The personal
folders are usually stored on your local machine.
