If you are saying OL is setup on this 'server' with seperate Profiles, did
you select 'Prompt for Profile'
If each pst is in a seperate Profile, you dont import anything, the Profile
will open with its pst connected
But then you might be saying something else.

That's incorrect. We all have our own computers, own outlook on each
computer. We're downloading the .pst to this "server" for storage only.
Essentially, each profile is empty until we import the .pst (if needed).
And yes, of course I selected "prompt for profile".

I allmost see where you are at now
MS doesnt support the use of a pst over a network as it can lead to
corruption

So are you saying the only way it'll recognize the profiles is if I had them
set up with real email info? Regarless of the pst files, it's still not
prompting for a profile. I'm trying to figure that out first.

No I'm not saying that.
If outlook on the PC's has separate profiles set up it should prompt for the
Profile, allthough I have a feeling you have to set up a mail account, even
if its set not to check for mail.
Importing a pst is not reccomended, particularly if that pst is hosted on a
network, or even opening a networked pst.

Nope. You can have "no mail" profiles and Outlook will prompt. I suspect
Outlook isn't closing properly.
