Ok here's the deal.  I finally after many hours figured out how to sync my
contacts and tasks.  I can sync my calender from the entries made in my
blackberry and my office pc.  But here is my problem when I come home and
sync to my home pc the syncronization completes with no error message but no
new appointments show up on my Outlook (my tasks and contacts will update).
How do I fix this problem the tech's at my service provider have informed me
it is an Outlook problem.

It's not. Outlook is not the one responsible for synchronizing the data;
your sync application is that.
