hyperlinks in outlook incoming emails cannot be opened

recent onset problem. When I try to open hyperlinks in incoming emails in
Outlook 2007, Vista Ultimate I get the error message;
"This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this
computer.."
Any ideas please?

I followed your excellent instructions to the letter.
Resetting IE7 did not work.
Can you further elaborate on the importation of a correct registry key. My
other computer runs xp and I cannot locate the key you refer to.
I tried downloading your own contribution but cannot seem to manage it.
Not being as proficient as I might be in such matters, I would appreciate
any further help you mifht offer.
