Hello,

I set up a rule so that my primary email would download and be moved to a
specific folder. When I reveive emails, the email goes into the specific
folder and a copy remains in the Inbox. How can I set it up so this does not
happen?

Thanks,

L.

Most likely you have multiple rules configured that apply to those emails.
Use the condition "stop processing more rules" and sort your rules
accordingly.
