Years ago when I used Novell Groupwise, I could look at the properties of a
"sent" message and see if each user had opened the email or not (assuming
they were on our server). I can't figure out if outlook will do that. I
assume if I put "read reciept" on the message, the user will get a message.

Question: can I see the status of email messages sent to people on my
exchange server?

Thanks.

only if you use read receipts and only if the recipient allows them to be
returned.
