The Hide/Show Paragraph marks show when I use Outlook 2002 (in every message
that I write). I have tried Control + Shift + 8  and Control + Shift + * and
it does not work.

I have Outlook 2002 in Spanish. I have tried these options both in the
Spanish and English keyboard.

Is there any other solution?

Thank you,

I found the solution in an old post.

Open up a new e-mail message>
Select "Tools" from the top menu >
Select "Options" from the drop down box >
Select the "View" tab >

Under the "Formatting marks" section uncheck all of the boxes. This will
remove all of the formatting marks from your message
