my outlook 2007 keep restarting

I installed MS outlook 2007 and it keeps restarting on my laptop, it doesn't
do that on my computer. Do I need to unistall and start from stratch.

Reinstalling won't help with configuration issues.

Yes, that also applies to Outlook 2007. What will help depends on what is
wrong with your system. From the information you provided it is impossible
to tell what is wrong with your laptop. All methods are safe to try though.
