When I export emails from Microsoft Outlook into Excel files, the file size
for this Excel is so small, will it only include email message only without
attached files? If yes, could anyone give me any suggestions on how to export
emails including attached files together?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions

What type of mail account do you have? If you have a POP mail account you're
using a PST. That PST contains all your emails, including any attachments
they may have, your calendar, contacts, etc.
If you have an exchange account add personal folders to your profile and
move the emails to it.

Thank everyone very much for suggestions
When I export in pst format, how can I include all the sub-directory under a
specific folder? When I export the emails folder, and import this file into
other PC, I can only see emails without sub-folder within it. Do anyone have
any suggestions how to export including all the sub-folder?
Thank everyone very much for any suggestions

Again I ask you, what type of mail account do you have? And Gordon is asking
the same question of you in the other thread you have ongoing for the same
question.

In outlook go to  file > import and Export > Export to a file

remmeber) when exporting please make sure to click the option to
include subfolders.

Don't export. If you're already using a PST, just make a copy of it since it
already includes everything. Use File > Open in Outlook to open it.

Having attachments in an Excel spreadsheet (or even mail messages) makes no
sense to me.  What is your goal?
