iI "lost" my standard toolbar, so I tred repairing Outlook, then
re-installing.  Neither worked, but now I have a more pressing issue.  I am
unable to delete messages from certain outlook folders (like one I set up for
pop messages from a second e-mail address).  Nothing happens when I press the
delete key.  I think I may have lost permissions to these folders, but not
positive.  I am NOT on an exchange server.  Using Outlook 2003.

Can you right-click on the email and scroll to delete? Can you highlight and
hit the Delete key on your keyboard? Can you highlight and click the X key on
the toolbar?

If you've lost your standard toolbar, put it back. Click on View > Toolbars.

I tired all of those before I wrote.  However, I shut down my computer
completely (rather than just re-booting) and it is now working.  So thanks.
Thanks.
