When an email is deleted from Outlook 2003 SP3 and Outlook is closed, the
deleted email appears in the "My Documents" folder. The file extension
differs everytime an email has been deleted and appears as follows: "s1n8.9"
...the next deleted email may have ".4" or ".A" etc. We have ran SpyBot,
scanned with AVG, ran CCleaner, and have ran the inbox repair tool of which
none have corrected the problem. Please let me know if anyone has a solution.

Sounds like you either have a Norton antivirus or -spam product installed or
you have a Dell with Media Direct installed.
