Outlook 2002/2003 unable to send

Cannot send with either GMail or Yahoo accounts. The error I am getting

I am connected via wireless network. Someone told me to bypass routers, but
I don't know how to do that. I tried to download an MS update but it kept
telling me that the product didn't match. I don't understand!

If you're on a wireless network you can't bypass routers.  The wireless
access point itself is likely a router.

Why not describe EXACLTY what you're doing and EXACTLY where the error
occurs and EXACTLY what it says.
