Can I paly a .wav sound when I open an attachment? If so, how?

Is there a way to have a sound file play when an attachment is opened in E-mail
Preferably without Media player launching on screen.
Example...  Open an attachment jpeg of a birthday cake and the happy
birthday to you song plays.

Just because you are sending a certain file type as an attachment via
Outlook doesn't make it an Outlook question.

Anyway, to answer your question;
No, jpeg files do not support embedded audio.
