Hi, considering the build of a "plug-in" (of that's the right
terminology) for Outlook. It would need to be able to perform some
"processing" of every incoming e-mail message - examining the sender's
e-mail address and then constructing an http POST to connect to a
webserver.

Probably elementary stuff - which would bethe most appropriate
newsgroup or other internet resource for researching how this might be
developed?

cheers

There are a outlook.program_addins and a outlook.program_vba newsgroup down
the hall.
