how do i set my emails (at least the ones with more than one recipient) to display the tracking information? i get the read receipts but they're dispersed throughout my email and i have a rule to move them to a folder. i have one email that actually gives me a tab at the top (behind the email) that shows the full distribution list with date and time the message was read (or deleted). i can't seem to get this feature on my other emails and really need it! help! 1. Do not move the receipts with rules. Do not move the sent message to another folder. 2. if the receipts have the TNEF data (not plain text) Outlook will autoprocess them.
