Hi,

i used to store all my mails in the Archieve folder, i had more than 1000
mails in that folder. Two days back i am not able to open the folder and it
shows "The Server is not available" but in that i have a datas of another
archieve folder not in the used one. If the archieve folder data base is
deleted then from where we retrieve the data. Pls help me, bcos i have lot of
important mails in that folder.

You're not making much sense here, mainly because you left out your
configuration. Starting the story from the beginning would be much better.

An archive folder in the Outlook sense means that you have a separate
pst-file containing archived information. This is not server related so your
error "the server is not available" was not about your pst-file.

So again, start from the beginning, where do you keep what, in which version
of Outlook and with what kind of mail account type.
