I travel extensively and have to go online using a variety of different
internet connections, both wireless and LAN - hotels, airports, starbucks
etc...

With some internet connections I am able to send/receive emails using my
outlook directly, but on others I have to use WebMail. How can i configure
Outlook 2003 to send/receive email on any internet connection?

Ask your mail provider if they allow SMTP connections on any port besides
25, explaining the fact that you travel.
