Hi all,
I have mellinium edition,  outlook express 6.  When I open up outlook
express or press send/receive  I get the following error when I go to
download emails from the server to my inbox:
An unknown error has occurred. Account: 'mail.cableone.net', Server:
'mail.cableone.net', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error
Number: 0x800C0131
Also when this occurs, my inbox is blank with none of my emails in it.
Occasionally, rarely,  I can receive my emails from the server and my inbox
emails are there.  But the next time I try to open outlook express, I get the
same error message again and the inbox is blank.  If anybody has a solution
to this, it would be greatly appreciated.

You'll want to ask in the microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general newsgroup,
because OE is a different program.

Since you're also using the web based newsreader rather than outlook
express, you might want to use

http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/list/en-us/default.aspx?dg=micro
soft.public.outlookexpress.general

(or, since you're using Outlook Express for mail, look at the steps in
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/community/columns/newsgroups101.mspx for
how to set up OE to use the microsoft newsgroup server).
