Send multiple individually addressed messages

I want to send out a number of similar messages, each individually addressed
(example: to ruthjohnson@yahoo.com, starting with "Dear Ruth").

Is there any easy way to do that in Outlook?

You can do this by a mail merge.
In your Contact folder choose Tools-> Mail Merge...

Thanks. I knew about Word Mail Merge, but I didn't realize that it was also
possible in Outlook.

Well, ultimately you end up in Word. In some cases it is easier to start
from Outlook though.
