Hi, I have designed a template with a signature and some formatting. Well, I am kind of surprised about the lack of intuition to use a template. Should be "New->Message from template" to create a new message. Well, I have to select Tools->Form->Choose Form and then select my template. Kind of akward. Any way to have that template automatically picked as the default new message template for a specific email account? Thanks for any help. Then you can put your stationery file (htm-file) in your Stationery folder and you can select it via Actions-> New Mail Using I wouldn't include a signature in a template but leave that to the Signature feature. I have only Plain Text, RTF and HTML. If I select "more stationery...", nothing happens. Just checked the install, and it's a full Outlook install. The stationery/template I want to use is just a formatted signature matter. A signature I'm not able to add in the Signature tool. Can you add fully HTML formatted signatures in Outlook 2007 via the signature options? Especially if I have an HTML file in order to embed a table? Thanks again for your very prompt help.
