How to make rule to send items of Cc feild in mail Personal Fold

Hello All,
I want to "create rule" in my Outlook Express so that when a mail
is received in my outlook inbox , i.e where i am in Cc feild, It goes
directly in my Personal Folders.And I receive only that mails ,in which i am
in To Feild only.

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
