I can't think of anything that changed between then and now, but I can't get
my "subject" line to appear when I create a new message.  What happened
and/or how do I get it back?

Hi,

Try the following:

1. Open a new mail
2. Click on view and make sure Message Header is clicked.
3. Try clicking on it and check if you get the subject line.
