I have tried the following as well:
1) tried to reconfigure her outlook profile,
2) deleted windows profile and created new windows profile then configure
outlook in new profile,
3) tried to login on different pc and configure outlook.
4) also tried configuring her oulook by unchecking "use cache exchange mode"
is in the outlook configuration.
5) Password change was also tried
