In Lotus Notes there is a facility "all documents" to view all the documents
combined from all individual folders in a single folder. Is such a facility
available for Outlook.

fi you have outlook 2003 or newer, you can make a custom search folder, and
set it up to show all mail sent TO you.

In fact, you can go one further.  By creating a custom search folder and
accepting all defaults, you get a search folder showing all messages in all
mail folders. which is what it seems to me the OP wants.
