How do I set up a meeting in Outlook that does not include me?

I would suggest that it would be better for you to have a separate
account created for this purpose. This would be called a resource
account and could be named something like "Meeting Attender"...

If your admin set up a resource account then it could be set up to
"autoprocess" the responses. You could still make meetings with it,
and if you were to leave the company the next guy that takes your
place would be able to continue to keep the function going. You could
even set it up to share with others so that if you were not available to
make a meeting for others, the other person could.

This also keeps your calendar clean for only your own personal meetings.

Another possible solution would be to create a secondary calendar in
your own mailbox. Call it something like "Other peoples meetings". Then
use that calendar when you make meetings for other people. This way
you will have the original meeting, it does not mix with your own
calendar. The down side to this, is that it will not "talley" responses to
the
meetings. Example: Mary accepted/declined.
