Can I make a copy of my Outlook to a shared drive on my computer?

I have added a seperate drive to my computer that will be a shared drive on
our network.  I want to copy my Outlook over to it so we can use it for
Contacts, Calendar etc.  I do not want my e-mail account to be part of this
but would possibly like to set up a general e-mail address for this copy of
Outlook.

Contacts is really the biggest item I want on the network.  Can I do this?

Yes & no
MS doesnt support the use of a pst over a network as it can lead to
corruption.
Only a single instance of Outlook can access a data file.
There are various methods of sharing / syncing data explained on
slipstick.com
