spam is killing me, and I'd like to be able to block all email from given
countries (IN, NE) Comcast used to have a decent spam filter, but it seems
to have broken down completely. I have McAfee, and it isn't helping either.
Suggestions?

Blocking by country would require blocking by IP address. I don't know if MS
Outlook can do that; MS Outlook Express can't.

Thank you. I guess I'm going to need to buy a separate spam-blocking
software. <rolls eyes>

You can block unwanted e-mail messages that come from countries/regions that
you specify.
