microsoft outlook could not access the specified folder location

Running Office XP 2002 Outlook...when I click on the inbox icon the following
message is displayed "unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could
not access the specified folder location. An unexpected error has occured.
MAPI was unable to load the information service msncon.dll. Be sure the
service is correctly insatalled and configured."--please help

Are you using Hotmail as an account?

Try ininstalling the Outlook connector and installing the most recent one
(just updated recently).
